The 2nd is 15 years old, Henrietta, named after her grandmother. she's the apple of his eye and all he has left to live for. She's a fledgling but very very talented young singer songwriter.

He's there accompanying his youngest daughter (a minor) to her very first open mic, . She has a song she's written and been practicing but it's to be a surprise to him. He knows she's good and dedicated, and is as proud as punch about her, but has no idea what she'll do, if she'll stumble, how the 5 drunks assembled will react, how she'll cope....
Anyway, every song at the open mic is in first person and touches on an aspect of his story, existential angst, (indirectly, his name is NOT used) - I have some ideas for prompts for different participants. Some metaphysics stuff. Some fun songs, but biting. rubbing in his malaise.
Finally Henrietta's song comes up and it is completely overwhelmingly beautiful and proves to him that she's become am amazing mature young woman, that soon too her talent will of necessity take her from him, that she loves him and that he has succeeded in so many ways. But that his he's "done" . and all he has left is this ass end of the world town and the bullshit he talks on his stupid webcast.
I don't know how I'll swing it, and I don't know better to explain it, but the emotional build has to be so great that we're in his head when the bottom falls from his life and reality hits him.

If more people are to join in during 5090 and bring more talent and make them bigger (and still better, God help me) then something not insane circus crazy like the last 2 has to be stellar so people WANT to come on board for any (and I have a few ideas) "different" GIMME15s over summer.
To that end, if you are sent an "assignment" please reply promptly with "can do x" "can't do y" "might need some help in the form of xyz" What do you mean by xyz" and while there's no rush please add "I aim to have it done by DAYDATE at the latest". I won't argue, or get into a discussion about it. whatever you tell me will be taken at face value and respected as "a truth and a promise".
If you send me something, that has to be filed, please include lyrics, dialogue, scripts, etc both for editing and final upload readiness.
